Ryan Companies of Minneapolis purchased 17.114 acres of industrial land on the west side of Ebenezer Avenue south of Madison Street in northwest Sioux Falls. Ryan Companies will be constructing a built-to-suit manufacturing facility on the site for Amesbury Truth. Amesbury Truth is the leading provider of products in the North American window and door industry. Doug Brockhouse and Michael Bender represented the land owner, Legacy, LLC, in the transaction.
