Bender Brokers Serve as South Dakota Experts for Global Firm
When a global commercial real estate firm was looking for South Dakota expertise, they hired Bender Commercial.
Representatives from the firm were looking to sell a research and development facility formerly occupied by Novozymes, a biological solution company. The global CRE firm hired Bender Commercial’s Rob Fagnan, SIOR and Bradyn Neises to find the right user for the 66,000 sq. ft. building.
“When we’re working with a company of that size we’re able to play whatever role they need us to,” said Fagnan. “In this situation, the national broker needed us to be the local experts and handle everything on the ground from showing the complex to potential users to marketing the property.”
Fagnan and Neises connected with Watertown-based complimentary health care manufacturer, Pivotal Health Solutions, who purchased the property and is planning to expand their Watertown operation into the facility located on the westside of town in spring 2018.
