Looking to bolster their presence in western Sioux Falls, The Banquet announced plans for a new dining hall near the intersection of 5th Street and Marion Road. Currently, The Banquet rents the Nordstrom Johnson Building at the W.H. Lyon Fairgrounds, which the new facility will eventually replace. The building will be constructed on two acres of land donated by the Delbridge family. On the market for over a year, the owner of a 5,400 sq. ft. industrial building west of Harrisburg, South Dakota needed to find tenants.
