Anderson & Gustafson Sell DGR Building
Andi Anderson, SIOR, and Nick Gustafson, CCIM, recently represented DGR Engineering (Seller) in the $1,250,000 sale of 2909 East 57th Street, Sioux Falls SD. Upon placing the property under contract, Gustafson brokered a lease for the entire building with a local CPA firm. The transaction closed the first week of February.
