Andi boasts an impressive 25 years of commercial real estate experience.

As a respected figure in the commercial real estate industry, Andi Anderson currently serves as principal at Bender Commercial. She began her post-secondary education at the University of South Dakota, where she pursued a dual focus on business and biology. Her education was paralleled by her service in the Army National Guard. In 1990, her dedication took her to the frontlines as she was called to serve in Desert Storm—an experience that forged her resilience and determination.

Upon returning from her service, Andi started her career in medical instrument sales, earning the prestigious Top Sales award in 1994. Her career evolved to encompass marketing and medical services. Shortly after, Andi chose to take time off to start a family.

Armed with an enduring passion for real estate, Andi earned her real estate license and joined the ranks of Bender Commercial in July 2000. With two years of prior commercial real estate experience under her belt, she swiftly made her mark. Her journey of excellence reached new heights as she joined the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) in March 2007. In the same year, she became a partner at Bender Commercial.

Andi’s commitment extends beyond her professional endeavors. Her involvement in the community is marked by her service on the Board of Directors of Southeastern Behavioral Health and a decade-long tenure on the City of Sioux Falls Planning Commission. Her contributions have significantly shaped her community’s growth and development.
