Kurtenbach Helps Two Local Businesses Relocate

Rob Kurtenbach recently helped a local engraving company and a sign manufacturing company find a new space in Sioux Falls.

Engraver’s Edge and Ford Signs’ top priorities for the new space included a quick turnaround time, a short–term lease, immediate availability, and the right size for their operations.

Kurtenbach found the space that checked all the boxes in the Southway Center on Minnesota Avenue.

The two companies have completed the move from their former location on 41st Street and are operating from their new location.

“I was happy I was able to find them a space to lease so quickly so they wouldn’t have to interrupt operations,” Kurtenbach said.
