Alex Soundy is a commercial real estate broker recognized for his expertise in navigating the complex world of real estate transactions. As a dedicated professional at Bender Commercial, Alex excels in representing both buyers and sellers across diverse investment, office, and land portfolios. With a passion for delivering value to clients, he also skillfully manages landlord-tenant relationships, specializing in leasing office, retail, and industrial asset classes.

Alex’s journey in real estate began after a dynamic start to his career. After graduating high school in 2009, he embarked on an adventure as a commercial salmon fisherman in Alaska, which fostered his tenacity and work ethic. He later earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from Dordt University in 2013, where he also showcased his leadership on the men’s lacrosse team.

During his college years, Alex gained invaluable financial insight as a financial representative with Northwestern Mutual. Post-graduation, he made his mark in the corporate realm as a logistics broker at the esteemed Fortune 200, C.H. Robinson Worldwide, mastering client relations and achieving mutual success for his clients and shareholders. Notably, his personal investments in real estate spurred him to transition his career towards his true passion. In 2019, he joined Bender Commercial.

Alex’s expertise in the commercial real estate sector is nothing short of impressive. His commitment to excellence is evident through attaining the designation of the leading commercial real estate association – the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) – an achievement only 1.5% of commercial brokers in the United States reach. Real estate professionals with the SIOR designation are recognized as the most experienced, knowledgeable, and capable real estate experts.
