Following a hailstorm, a local Sioux Falls auto body repair company, Marv’s Body Shop, had more vehicles to service than space to service them.
With forty-five vehicles sustaining hail damage and extra staff on their way from Kansas to handle the increase in work, Marv’s Body Shop called Bender Commercial Real Estate Services’ Bradyn Neises and Doug Brockhouse, SIOR to find a solution.
“With such an increase in work to do virtually overnight it was really important to find them a space near their current location that was also flexible enough to handle a short-term lease,” said Neises.
They found that space at 300 North Lewis Avenue, a flex space just blocks from their current location with two overhead doors and enough room to work on several vehicles at the same time.
“We were able to work out a solution that allowed the building to remain on the market while they worked through all the vehicles that needed repair,” Neises added.
