Fagnan and Bender Represent C & B Operations
C & B Operations was represented by Rob Fagnan and Michael Bender in leasing the 8th and 9th floor of The Steel District.
This transaction came about as a result of one of Fagnan’s/Bender’s SIOR connections; Mike Brehm at Kenwood Commercial.
Fagnan and Bender began collaborating with C & B in 2019 to find temporary office space to relocate their executives to Sioux Falls. As we all know, COVID hit – putting a halt to many things. Once things started getting back to ‘normal’, C & B began actively looking again. Sioux Falls was the ideal location for their corporate headquarters because it’s a central location for their 37 dealerships. C & B is present in six states: South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Montana, Wyoming, and Idaho.
Not only will C & B be taking office space in The Steel District, but they just went under contract on an industrial building for another division within C & B.
Fagnan expressed how much he enjoys working with C & B. “They are the most fun and down-to-earth group of people with a lot of promise. With how young these guys are, it will be exciting to watch them grown and develop into a major employer within our region.”
