When asked what led Neises to wanting to become a SIOR member, he replied with, “I observed when I started with Bender Commercial the benefits that the other brokers in our office got out of being a SIOR member. I also realized early on that the SIOR values lined up with Bender Commercial’s values of professionalism, market knowledge, and data driven decision making. I had the opportunity to attend a SIOR Conference and saw the benefit of connecting and making relationships with some of the leading experts in commercial real estate in the country. Upon completion of that conference, I knew that I wanted to go through the process of becoming a member.”

“I have greatly enjoyed the process of becoming a full member. I met some great people from around the country that I consider friends and got to learn from some of the top industry leaders. I am excited to continue to learn and meet more SIOR members and share the knowledge that I obtain with my clients, so that they can make well informed decisions in their commercial real estate portfolio.”

The Bender Commercial team is excited for Neises becoming an SIOR member. Neises has put in a lot of time and effort to achieve this succeed. We look forward to watching him success as a SIOR member.
