Nick Gustafson Commercial Sales & Leasing
Nick Gustafson is from St. Louis, Missouri. He came to Sioux Falls to attend Augustana College after being awarded a Regent's Scholarship. During college, Nick worked in sales at Gateway Computer Company, often working overtime while carrying a full course load. He graduated with a BA in 2004.
Nick joined Bender Commercial Real Estate Services in the spring of 2009 after spending over five years with another commercial real estate firm in Sioux Falls. Nick has experience in office, retail, industrial, land and investment transactions.
During the last seven years Nick has excelled in finding solutions to his clients real estate needs. Whether it's cold calling to fill a vacant space in a client's property or finding the best property to occupy or invest in, Nick is committed to total client satisfaction.
