Dave Hasvold graduated from South Dakota State University with a Bachelors of Science in Commercial Economics.

After graduation, Dave moved to Kansas City, where he owned and operated a Best Western Motel for twelve years.  In 1999, he sold the motel and purchased a retail strip mall in Sioux Falls which he manages today.  He has over twenty years of commercial real estate and business ownership experience.

His specialty is sales and exchanges of hotels in the Midwest.  Because of his extensive motel experience, he understands the business and the specific needs of his client.  Representing buyers and sellers and providing quality service, and helping them make informed decisions as to the purchase or sale of their property.

Dave has been married for twenty one years and has three children.  He enjoys jet skiing, snow skiing, motorcycle riding, golf and family time.  Dave is a member of the Sioux Falls Chamber of Commerce, Sioux Valley Cycle Club and is an active member of Saint Therese Church.
