Currently serving as the vice president of finance and operations for both Bender Midwest Properties and Bender Commercial Real Estate, she orchestrates a symphony of financial and operational excellence.
At the heart of her role, Charity is the conductor, guiding the development of a dynamic accounting team while intricately managing the web of financial reporting for a diverse portfolio comprising both residential and commercial properties. Her mastery extends beyond numbers; she diligently oversees development and management in multiple divisions including finance, operations, human resources, and IT. Charity holds expertise in GAAP, financial analysis and reporting, budget preparation, acquisitions, taxation, cash management, employee relations, and administering operating systems.
Before joining the Bender family, Charity served at a large prominent private software company where she held the reins of a multitude of departments and functions, including but not limited to accounting, human resources, IT, administration, and facilities.
