Charity Small

As Vice President of Finance and Operations for Bender Midwest Properties and Bender Commercial Real Estate, Charity supervises the development of the accounting team and manages the workflow for financial reporting for a portfolio of residential and commercial properties. She is also responsible for the oversight of accounting policies and procedures, internal controls and data management.

Charity possesses nearly 20 years of professional work experience in accounting and administration. She is a well-organized professional with experience in GAAP, financial analysis and reporting, budget preparation, acquisitions, taxation, and cash management.

Prior to joining Bender, Charity was with a large private software company, where she was responsible for overseeing multiple departments and functions including accounting, human resources, IT, administration, and facilities.
