Bobbie Tibbetts is a driven and enthusiastic commercial real estate agent who joined Bender Commercial Real Estate in March of 2022. With a strong passion to help her clients achieve their real estate goals, Bobbie brings a fresh perspective to the commercial real estate market and is committed to providing her clients with top-notch service. In her time with BCRES, Bobbie has specialized in sales and leasing of investment properties, office retail, and land in the Sioux Falls market and surrounding communities.

Professional Experience

Before joining Bender, Bobbie gained valuable experience in executive leadership and relationship management while working as the Chief Philanthropy Office for the Sanford Health Foundation. Her role allowed her the opportunity to engage with many community leaders, business owners and developers where she was able to build and maintain strong relationships. Her role entailed strategic direction and oversight of the overall fundraising strategies and efforts of the nation’s largest rural healthcare provider.  Bobbie oversaw teams responsible for fundraising, donor stewardship, volunteer management, special events, governance, finance, data analytics, gift processing and marketing.

The experience has helped her develop strong communication and negotiation skills, which she now leverages in her role as a commercial real estate agent. As a member of the Bender team, Bobbie is committed to providing exceptional service to her clients. She is dedicated to understanding their unique needs and finding creative solutions to meet their real estate goals.

Bobbie is active in the Sioux Falls community and has been involved in several volunteer roles and is supportive of several charitable causes. Bobbie’s current community involvement includes:

Personal Information

Bobbie was born and raised in Pierce, a rural community, in Nebraska. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of South Dakota. Bobbie and her husband, Luke are proud parents to son, Will, and daughter, Ryan.

In her spare time, you’ll find Bobbie cooking and entertaining for family and friends, as well as participating in activities such as traveling, golf, yoga, and running.
