November 16, 2009.  Andi Anderson, Nick Gustafson and Jon Sweeter of Bender Commercial Real Estate Services auctioned five properties in Mitchell, South Dakota on November 16, 2009.  Of the five properties, three were successfully put under contract.  They included a 2.59 acre commercial lot on the southeast corner of Havens and Edgerton Streets, a 15,000 sq. ft. commercial lot on the northeast corner of 7^th Street and Sanborn Boulevard near the Corn Palace and a 1,232 sq. ft. office building on a 12,000 sq. ft. lot located at 1204 West Havens Street.  The properties that did not sell at the auction were 15.37 acres of industrial land located on North Ohlman Street and two 14,000+/- sq. ft. residential lots at 900 & 904 Kippes Cove.  For more information on these properties, please contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
