Hutchinson Technology Building Sale

Bender Commercial Real Estate Services was involved in the larget commercial sale of 2009. Bender Commercial, along with CB Richard Ellis in Minneapolis, assisted in the sale of the 300,000 sq. ft. Hutchinson Technology building in northeastern Sioux Falls. Sanford Health purchased the property in July of 2009 for $12 million for its north-side research center. The property has a total of 71 acres near I-229 and Benson Road. The building consists of office and manufacturing areas, a full-service cafeteria and dining area.
