Bender Commercial recently closed on our second successful auction that was held on June 25, 2009.  The property was located on 1604 East 18th Street.  This property was a rare industrial zoned property located in Central Sioux Falls.  It has a 30,277 sq. ft. lot with a 1,560 sq. ft. storage garage.  Jon Sweeter, Doug Brockhouse and Michael Bender represented the seller.
