Andi Anderson and Michael Bender recently sold the Midland Building located on the corner of 2nd Avenue and 11th Street in downtown Sioux Falls.  The purchaser was Tri-State Investors from Sioux Falls.  The sale included 2.45 acres with the five-story 87,206 square foot Midland Bulding and the 4,351 square foot Depot Building on 10th Street and 1st Avenue.
