Bender Commercial Real Estate Services held its first Auction on March 20, 2009 at the former CarVantage Property at 4402 West 12th Street.  Unlike a number of "no-sales" at other commercial property auctions in Sioux Falls, this auction resulted in a successful sale.  The auction attracted a number of bidders, mostly other auto dealers.  The seller, Billings Property, LLC, accepted the winning bid of $1,150,000.00.   The property included a 5,374 square foot building on 3.477 acres of C-2 zoned land along West 12th Street with great signage and access to I-29.  The auction was conducted by Bender Commercial's auctioneer/broker, Jon Sweeter.  Jon, along with Michael Bender and Doug Brockhouse exclusively represented the seller in this sale.  The buyer was Billion Automotive Group.  The deal is set to close on May 1, 2009.
