Rob Fagnan and Douglas Brockhouse have successfully  renegotiatied a five year lease renewel between Dr. Pepper Snapple Group and D.W. Proehl Investments.  CB Richard Ellis of Dallas, Texas has a national contract with the Dr. Pepper Snapple Group for all their real estate transactions.  CBRE engaged Bender Commercial as their local representative for the transaction.

Rob and Doug have seen an increase in the number of lease renegotiations where national real estate firms have engaged local brokers for their expertise.  These national firms may be located quite a distance from Sioux Falls, making travel difficult or they are not licensed in the state of South Dakota.  By teaming up with a local broker, like Bender Commercial, they can service their client's needs.  Rob and Doug believe this trend will continue as tenants look for ways to become more efficient.
