Bender Commercial announces its Auction Division

To meet the demand and needs of our clients, Bender Commercial Real Estate Services is announcing the addition of Jon Sweeter, a successful Sioux Falls Auctioneer and Realtor, to our commercial real estate team.

Based on the needs of the seller and the property's characteristics, an auction is a viable option for selling a property.  Consulting with a real estate professional is one way to determine if a commercial property is a good candidate fo an auction.  "We have had numerous occasions when property owners have inquired about auctioning their property.  We are pleased to offer our clients an alternative to the traditional sales approach of property disposition," said Michael Bender, a principal at Bender Commercial Real Estate Services. 

Jon Sweeter, a graduate of the Missouri Auction School, has been a professional auctioneer since 1985.  Along with his partner and father, Don Sweeter, he has conducted hundreds of successful auctions through Sweeter Auction & Real Estate.  As an owner/broker at AMERI/STAR Real Estate, Jon helped build a small business into a respected leader in its industry.  "I'm excited about the opportunity to work with Bender Commercial.  This venture will offer yet another option to identify potential buyers and successfully market properties.  The auction method creates a competitive edge that helps establish current market value, " said Jon Sweeter.  With Jon's vast knowledge and experience, he will be a great addition to the Bender Commercial Team.
