Jon Sweeter and Rob Fagnan successfully auctioned the former Pallets, Inc. property on September 29th, 2010.  The property was sold to Dan & Marcia Hoiland (Dan's Pallets) for $241,000.  Dan & Marcia previously owned the real estate and business before selling to Ray Monahan (Pallets, Inc.) in 2007.  This was Bender Commercial's 7th successful auction in two-and-a-half years.
