Rob Fagnan and Doug Brockhouse recently assisted Dean's Bulk Service (DBS) in successfully leasing the former Magic Makers building, located in Sioux Empire Development Park III East.  This will be one of three locations for which DBS will warehouse its product.  The company's corporate office is based out of Barnesville, MN.
