Kurtenbach and Kuipers Sell 2.35 Acres Near 77th & Cliff
Rob Kurtenbach and Reggie Kuipers repped the buyer in the sale of 2.32 acres of land near 77th Street and Cliff Avenue.
The buyer is currently leasing a building that they have outgrown. There was also not enough onsite parking for their growing needs.
For the past couple of years, Kurtenbach and Kuipers have been working with the buyer to find a suitable location for their medical use. With easy access to 77th Street, Cliff Avenue, and future Highway 100, their search was a success.
“This piece of land fits their needs,” said Kurtenbach. The buyer is looking forward to building a brand-new facility soon.
