Kuipers Helps Dental Company Buy 41st Street Site

Bender partner, Reggie Kuipers, represented Neighborhood Dental Care as they recently purchased the former TMA (Tires Muffler Alignment) location on 41st Street.  

The move was the next step for Neighborhood Dental Care as they begin construction on a new clinic on the site in 2019. The TMA building will be torn down.

“With a business who’s growing like Neighborhood Dental Care, you need to find a property that meets their criteria for visibility, square footage, and parking. The 24,500 square feet of land the TMA site was on checked all those boxes,” said Kuipers.  

Neighborhood Dental Care currently has three locations in Sioux Falls and locations in Tea and Harrisburg. The 41st Street location would be their sixth in the Sioux Falls area.
