Bender Commercial Real Estate Services represented both the seller and buyer in the recent Westside Plaza transaction. “Great corner, great investment,” Nick Gustafson said of the 26th & Marion location with long-term tenants such as Party Land, Pro Nails and Great Clips, and Papa Johns.
