Thomas J. Simmons Commercial Sales and Leasing  Thomas J. Simmons is a Sioux Falls native and graduate of Washington High
School. Tom attended the University of South Dakota for two years
then transferred to Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona.After graduation, Tom went to work for Grubb & Ellis in Phoenix in the Research and IT department. Tom continued his career in the computer industry developing and marketing software for the real estate and construction industry. In addition to software development, he also owned a web hosting company, web design firm and a network integration company. Tom also participated in a real estate investment group that purchased distressed property in the Phoenix Metro area. Tom returned to Sioux Falls in the fall of 2006 to pursue a full time
career in commercial real estate. Tom has an extensive background in
data center design and management, project management and sales and
marketing. Having owned and managed four technology companies, Tom
brings a unique blend of sales, operations and technical skills to Bender
Commercial Real Estate Services. |
