Robert D. Fagnan was raised in a northeast suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota.  He graduated from Columbia Heights high school and decided to further his education as a student-athlete at Southwest Minnesota State University (SMSU) in Marshall, Minnesota.  While attending SMSU, Rob worked as a project manager at the Southwest Marketing Advisory Center (SMAC).  SMAC is a student-centered marketing organization that develops research-driven strategies and marketing solutions to help regional businesses and organizations expand their customer base and improve their services.   In 2004, Rob graduated from SMSU with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a Minor in Sociology.
    
Following college, Rob was sought after by the Sioux Falls Storm (a professional arena football team).  He was  associated with the team for the 2004 and 2005 seasons.  In September, 2005, Rob was invited to join the Bender team.
    
Over the years, Rob has developed many skills through his previous work experience and athletics.  Some of his strengths involve his ability to teach, lead and work with computers.  Rob is excited to be apart of the Bender team and is anxious to be a member of the commercial real estate community.
