Bender Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the addition of three new partners, Bradyn Neises, Rob Kurtenbach, and Alex Soundy. The existing partnership group is excited about the expansion and welcoming the new partners. Bradyn Neises joined Bender as a broker in March of 2015 specializing in land and industrial properties. Bradyn obtained his SIOR designation in 2022, an achievement held by 1.5% of commercial brokers in the US.

Rob Kurtenbach joined Bender as a broker in August of 2018 and although Rob dabbles in a variety of markets, including office and retail, he thrives in development and investment properties. Since joining Bender, Rob has closed nearly 1,000 acres in land acquisition deals.

Alex Soundy joined Bender as a broker in July of 2019 specializing in investment properties, office properties, and land sales. Most notably, Alex closed over $100 million in transactions in the first three years of his career.
