A First For Jorgensen and PB & Thrift
Isaac Jorgensen represented the tenant (PB & Thrift) in leasing a 1,000 square foot retail space located at 1204 E. 57th Street.
Jorgensen emphasized his delight in the transaction. This was Isaac’s first time as a tenant representative, as well as PB & Thrift’s first time renting a space.
Jorgensen enjoyed collaborating with PB & Thrift as he had a child infatuation with Jordan shoes, one of the many types of sneakers PB & Thrift offers along with expansive options in vintage clothing.
