Anderson and Bender Sell First Premier Bank Building
Andi Anderson and Michael Bender recently sold the long-time corporate office of First Premier Bank on the corner of 14th Street and Minnesota Avenue. Andi and Michael represented the sellers in this transaction.
The 17,501 square foot office building located on a high-traffic intersection near downtown Sioux Falls sits on 2.26 acres of commercial and office-zoned land.
